News — Restart a Heart Day with the NHS at M Cwmbran

 

On the 16th October, M Cwmbran is proud to host a vital public health initiative in support of Restart a Heart Day, a nationwide campaign aimed at raising awareness and education around cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

The NHS will be joining us on Gwent Square, offering free demonstrations and hands-on opportunities for the public to learn this life-saving skill. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking to refresh your knowledge, this is a fantastic chance to gain confidence in performing CPR and understand its importance in emergency situations.

Every minute counts when someone suffers a cardiac arrest, and knowing how to respond can make all the difference. Restart a Heart Day is about empowering communities with the knowledge and skills to act quickly and effectively.
