The Card Shop are currently looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join their team.

33 Hour Post £9.90 per hour

What you’ll be doing?

Leading and managing the sales team within the store and providing support to Senior Management.

Working closely with your Senior Manager to continually improve performance and sales. To inspire and motivate your team to deliver “excellent” customer service.

Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role.

Tackling everything, from ordering stock to training employees, and from checking displays to delivering sales targets. It feels great to be a part of a warm and friendly, but professional sales team achieving fantastic results.

Your Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a senior sales manager within a retail environment, with a proven track record.

Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience of delivering exceptional customer service experience through you and your team.

Ability to work alongside a Senior Management Team and adapt to changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure and in a professional manner.

You are warm, friendly and approachable, and you know how to connect with customers while still getting the job done and supporting your team. You are flexible and committed to supporting the business through absence, holiday and busy seasons. With a hands on proactive approach and well presented at all times.
