News — New signage is installed at Cwmbran

 

The Cwmbran Centre has been rebranded as M Cwmbran after completing its updated branding installed, as part of its owner M Core’s European signage rollout.  

 

M Core is an established family of property investment and management companies, which consists of LCP, Proudreed, Evolve Estates and Sheet Anchor, the company that began managing Cwmbran in December 2022. 

 

This branding rollout seeks to provide instant quality recognition for M Cwmbran as one of the centres supported and maintained by M Core throughout the UK. 

 

As part of M Core, M Cwmbran is able to benefit from the collective’s 35+ years of experience and strategy to create long term success for its partners, tenants and team. 

  

Alex Williams, Asset Manager at LCP, part of M Core, said: “Sheet Anchor Investments Ltd, which is part of M Core, acquired Cwmbran Centre in December 2022 and has since welcomed a variety of tenants including Dunelm, The Range and an exciting national sports brand, which is set to be announced shortly. This March the centre has been updated M Core branding as part of our European-wide signage rollout. This installation will see the centre become instantly recognisable as a location supported by M Core.”
