Established in 1940 we have built our reputation at Douglas Willis as one of the most respected meat producers and butchers in Wales by supplying the finest quality meat and produce.

Our experience and knowledge of farming and butchery extends back three generations and the ethos established by the late Douglas Willis is still maintained today:

From our farm in the beautiful Usk Valley we source beef from our own herds of Welsh cattle and lamb from our own flocks of Welsh lambs. We also provide Welsh beef, lamb and pork from other trusted Welsh suppliers and source the finest quality poultry and game from handpicked producers to ensure the principles of care and quality are maintained.

Ethically sourced, all our meat is freshly cut and prepared daily by our professional, expert butchers and displayed in-store.
