If you are aged 16, 17 or 18 and are not employed or not in formal education or training we can offer you a Traineeship.

A Traineeship is a flexible programme that allows you to gain a nationally recognised qualification and an employer placement in your chosen sector.

You will gain skills and workplace experience to help you progress into a job, apprenticeship or college.

A traineeship will allow you to gain skills and workplace experience to help you progress onto an apprenticeship or to secure a job.

You will also be paid £30-£50 per week plus be given help towards travel costs when you do a traineeship with ITEC Skills and Employment.

At ITEC Skills and Employment Cwmbran you can train in one of the following routes:

• Customer Service
• Business Admin
• Childcare
• Retail & Warehousing
• Hospitality & Catering
• Hair & Beauty
• Construction
• Motor Mechanics
