Cwmbran Centre provides you with a safe shopping experience. We employ a number of overt security measures, but also operate a number of unseen, covert security measures for your protection.
Security & First Aid
The centre is protected by CCTV 24 hours a day and have fully trained staff to deal with any incident, swiftly and professionally. In addition, all our security staff are first aid trained.

Shopmobility
There is a Shopmobility unit in Gwent Square where mobility aids and scooters can be hired. Call 01633 874 686 for more information.
Toilets
Monmouth Square & Bus Station toilets are both open 7 days a week.
Child Facilities
Baby changing facilities can be found at the toilets in Monmouth Square.
Disability Advice Project
Our office is open Monday to Friday 10am to 3:30pm and the service is accessible through an appointment at either face to face or by telephone at 01633 485865.

Busking
M Cwmbran (The Centre) is a public accessible land that is privately owned by L&C Investments (The Landlord) and managed by LCP. M Cwmbran allows busking on the Centre land where landlord permission has been granted prior to the busker setting up or performing, a specific busking licence is not required. The landlord reserves the right to refuse or request any busker to leave the Centre at any time. Only one busker will be permitted on the Centre at any one time and permission will only be granted in line with the current Centre PRS and PPL licence conditions.
All buskers must comply with the following conditions at all times:
- Buskers must contact M Cwmbran Management prior to setting up to request permission. Tel 01633 872121 or visit the management office.
- Buskers may not busk on the Centre if permission has not been granted by M Cwmbran Management.
- Buskers must only set up in the location designated by M Cwmbran Management.
- Buskers must not block public highways (footpaths, pavements, open pedestrian areas)
- Buskers must not display notices asking for payment.
- Buskers must not carry out street trading (you need a street trading licence for this from TCBC)
- Buskers will busk at their own risk and should ensure they have the correct insurances / licences in place.
- All electronic equipment must be safe.
- Volume levels are to be kept at an acceptable level as agreed with M Cwmbran Management.
- Comply with any request of M Cwmbran Management.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions above will result in the busker being requested to leave the Centre and this may result in future busking permission being denied to the individuals.
